Todays workout is a high intensity medium length whole body wod. Starting each round with 40 Air Squats, then using an object for both the PP and the G2OH. If you have 1 DB/KB, go for 5 single arm PP each arm, and Snatches. Looking for athletes to do 3+ rounds in 12 minutes. Steady pace will win you the workout, dont go out too hard.
